Position – Recruitment Consultant

Job Type - Permanent

Salary - £25,000 - £27,400 Basic + uncapped commission + free onsite parking

 

We are currently recruiting for a highly motivated Recruitment Consultant who has a proven track record in either the Driving and Logistics or Industrial sectors. This position would suit a consultant who is ready to take the next step in their recruitment career. The Candidate:

• You will already be a recruitment consultant, preferably in the driving sector.

• Minimum 1 years recruitment experience is essential.

• A strong sales ability and excellent relationship builder with the tenacity to succeed.

• Highly self-motivated and driven.

• A hunger for success and career fulfilment.

• A financially motivated mind.

• Strong attention to detail and a quality driven approach.

• Experience of supporting / supervising a team would be an advantage but not essential

 

The Role:

• Full 360 Consultant role within the Driving sector.

• Developing new and existing business and client relationships via telephone and face to face meetings.

• Focusing on providing a quality recruitment service.

• Resourcing candidates using various mediums, interviewing candidates and placing candidates into work.

• Use and update our database throughout your working day.

• Building relationships with both new and existing clients.

• Assisting other consultants.

Hours of Work:

Monday to Friday 08:00 – 17:00. There will be an element of “On call”. (Currently one in four)
