When registering for work-finding services with Eclipse Recruitment Driving Solutions you give your consent to the Company to process the following information:
Personal data

You consent to the Company processing the above personal data for the following purposes:

To provide you with work-finding services.

To send out Newsletters and the latest vacancies

To process or transfer your data to our clients to provide you with work-finding services.

To process your data on a computerised database, named Recruitment Manager, to provide you with work-finding services.

To process your data on a computerised payroll system and Excel spreadsheets to pay you through our payroll providers.
You also consent to the Company processing your data with third parties, including (but not limited to) Payroll and Umbrella companies that will utilise your data for wage payment processing. Professional advisers acting as processors or joint controllers, including lawyers, bankers, auditors and insurers based in the UK who provide consultancy, banking, legal, insurance and accounting services. HM Revenue & Customs, regulators and other authorities acting as processors or joint controllers based in the United Kingdom who require reporting of processing activities in certain circumstances.
The Company will retain your personal data only for as long as is necessary for the purpose we collect it. We will keep data as required by law, which is generally less than seven years, and unless you ask us not to, we will keep data much longer to enable us, for example, to provide work-finding services and to supply references.
You consent to us sending you marketing material, any information we use for this purpose will be kept with us until you notify us that you no longer wish to receive this information.
Eclipse Recruitment will communicate with you in several ways. This will include (but is not limited to) contact by telephone, SMS, Eclipse Drivers Portal, email and post using the information you have provided.
You can withdraw your consent at any time by informing the Company in writing on paper or electronically.
