Position – Recruitment Consultant

Job Type - Permanent

Salary - £25,000 - £27,400 Basic + uncapped commission + free onsite parking

 

We are seeking a dedicated Recruitment Consultant with a successful background in either the Driving and Logistics or Industrial fields. • You will already be a recruitment consultant, preferably in the driving sector.

The Role:

• Full 360 Consultant role within the Driving sector.

• Developing new and existing business and client relationships via telephone and face-to-face meetings.

• Focusing on providing a quality recruitment service.

• Resourcing candidates using various mediums, interviewing candidates and placing candidates into work.

• Use and update our database throughout your working day.

• Building relationships with both new and existing clients.

• Assisting other consultants.

Hours of Work:

Monday to Friday 08:00 – 17:00. There will be an element of “On call”. (Currently one in five)
